Physician Steps into Stupidity on Human Cloning Issue

Human cloning and stem cell technology will preserve and extend life. Some physicians are not scientific enough to separate fact from fiction.

  1. Why would you clone someone? Think about the many people that are already in the world. If human cloning were to become possible, what are the odds that humans won't use it for their own benefit?

  2. Why would you want to clone humans? Think about how many people are already in the world. What if human cloning is used in a different purpose then it was meant to?

  3. Human cloning can be used for tremendous good. It can be used to cure infertility and to make people healthier and live longer. If you want to reduce the population just encourage contraception, human cloning is not an efficient way to overpopulate the Earth, despite the science fiction you may have seen.
